I went in to return a bracelet and the girl went to her manager cause she didn't know how to do it, came back and said I would need to receive check in the mail as it was over 20 dollars and showed me the back of the receipt that stated 200 and mine was 1.8K and that's fine. I asked her to call her manager and she went to him and he said to just explain me that he didn't need to assist with that. I was 8 ft away and he didn't even bother to come to the cashier stand. Very unhappy with the service I received at the UVillage store from the hard to understand (language barrier) sales lady to the rudeness that Luke the manager displayed.

UPDATE: After letting Tiffany & Co.'s customer service know of my experience, I was contacted by Kristen W., the Sales Manager. She had expressed her sincerest apology for the negative experience and was mortified that any of her team members would conduct themselves in such a way. Her sincerity and genuine concern of how her store was represented was heartfelt. I very much appreciated her reaching out to me and will consider visiting this particular store again. I am increasing my rating based on interaction with her alone. I have not gone back to the store as of yet, but she represented it well. ___________________________________________________________________________________ After reading the experience that the previous poster had, I was shocked. If they are getting commissions off of their sales, then they need to work on their approach. I had the direct opposite experience in that I received very poor and inattentive customer service. I typically visit the Tiffany & Co. in Pacific Place and have positive experiences with them. However, I decided that on Super Bowl Sunday, I would venture to a new store to see if they had the ring in stock that I was looking specifically for. I walked in and was greeted by the security – very pleasant. Then, I was greeted by an apathetic young man. I requested to see the Olive Leaf Band. He went to the case and without indicating that I follow him, waited for me to arrive. (I’d say the customer service is usually more accommodating at other Tiffany & Co. stores.) At this point, I was annoyed but not ready to give up. I tried the ring on and it was a bit small. I asked if he had another. He said no, making no real effort to look. But, luckily something sparked his memory and he was able to conjure a bigger size. It wasn't quite what I was looking for so I asked him for any other sizes. He said no, without offering alternatives. Not, “we don’t have any in stock right now, but I’d be happy to find one for you or I can order it for you.” It wasn't until I started to leave and let him know I would just order it online that he said, “well, I can order it and shipping would be free.” To which I responded, “yes, but shipping is free online already.” What I should have said is that “shipping is free AND the apathy that I’d receive online would trump the apathy I am getting in this store. “ Overall, my experience made me uncomfortable and disappointed. At the end of the day, one pays for the experience in addition to the quality. (Which is why I have been a long time customer.) This store made a horrible impression on me. I am disappointed and I will strongly advocate people to refrain from going there.

Let it be known that I love Tiffanys. But this is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My sisters and I were in the store to look around. As we left the store one of the employees made a rude comment, embarrassing me and my sisters in front of other customers."got to have dreams ladies," followed by laughing. Very rude.
