My fiance and I went here to buy his wedding band. It was an awful experience and a month later we are having to start fresh. They miss sized him twice, didn't tell us the sizing on the type of ring he was ordering runs different then others (something they are trained on apparently), they gave us a work order receipt for sizing when in reality they had returned the first ring and ordered another one which caused major issues when we went to try and return the second one when it was again the wrong size and in all this they LOST the first ring that was the wrong size. It took over an hour to figure out the mess they had made at another location to be able to return it, thankfully the team at Everett Mall was wonderful and helped us through the process. The team at Northgate was rude and argumentative. The manager, Kyleeha was absolutely no help!!!

Don't ever spend your money at Kay jewelers!!! My boyfriend had bought me a ring for Christmas and around January 10th I went in to get the ring sized because it was to big. I was told by Jay that it would be coming around The first week of February. On February 13th I called because I still hadn't heard anything about the statues of my ring. I spoke with Lila then informed me that there was no order in place for my ring. At this point I am obviously upset because that means Jay never put in the order the day that I came in. So today I went in and spoke with the manager kyleeha Jones. I told her the situation and she told me that Lila would not be in for a few days and that there is no way to order the ring until she gets back. Which doesn't make any sense the manager should be able to order anything that an employee should be able to order. She then goes on to tell me that Jay should have never told me it would be ready the first week of February. So i went on to say that I would have to wait another 6 weeks for my ring because her employee mess up, she proceeded to tell me that he had done nothing wrong. At this point I was baffled at this so called customer service. I have never in my life been so disrespected as a customer. As walked out of the store the manager Kyleeha, proceeded to walk over to the other customers waiting and start laughing at the fact that I was so upset. I turned about to the other employee that was there and asked if I could have the regional managers name and number. Kyleeha then told the employee to not speak to me and to ignore me. I honestly could not believe that this was happening. I simply wanted my ring that I was gifted and this is how I was treated by the staff at Kay Jewelers.

Kay Jewelers is a mall chain that is a step up from buying at a big box store. So, why would one choose Kay? Price and customer service. The price is set and doesn't differ so this store really comes down to customer service. If you get any associate in the store you'll be very pleased with your experience, however, if you have an issue with an item or need managerial assistance you will be very displeased. The manager at this location is moody, unprofessional, and very difficult to work with. An issue with my jewlery arose and she did everything possible to avoid correcting the situation (it was a quality issue with the item) and went so far as to blame me for defective manufacturing in the end. She spoke through associates as if I wasn't present and refused to correct the item initially and did so only after an associate at the store gave me a 1-800 number and the corporate associate I spoke to issued the correction. I usually shop at independent jewlery stores and the manager of this Kay Jewelers has made sure I will do so in the future.

Horrible experience at the Northgate Kay Jewelers. The manager has a horrible attitude, very unfriendly and absolutely no customer service skills. Gives a bad impression of the Kay Jewelers company as a whole, and more than disappointed that they would treat their customers this way when their products are expensive and people are expected to be lifelong customers.

Had a friendly experience at Kay. Went in to look at wedding bands and they seemed experienced, to know what they were talking about, and not too overly pushy. Didn't see anything I quite liked personally.
