Very disappointed today in Macy's Hillsdale decided to close macy's acct for ever went to jewellery department a clerk/ sales associate name Siliva, i asked her to check the price of jewelry she grab jewelry from my hand without checking the price she told me $50.00 i was wondering how come if the price is $55.00 with additional 30% will come $50.00 she gave him horrible look and i saw when any spanish customer ask her anything she talk so friendly there is racial discrimination in Macy's Hillsdale San mateo. No smile on her face when i went to Home department the clerk was so friendly i told her wat happen she gave me store manager name but i looked for him can not found him.

As a spot for buying men's suits with high quality at a cheap price, Macy's is a 5 star spot. For most other stuff, especially shoes, there are better options elsewhere.

Wish I could give more as long time shopper but sadly I can't, my last 3 visits show why Macy's stores are not doing well. The escalators not working , absolutely no staff to help in many depts and a manager who completely ignored a long line at a register and when she did look up said " we'll be with you shortly" and then walked away.... I will say the store is looking more attractive with merchandise nicely presented but lack of helpful staff keep me shopping online and returning it to store if it doesn't work.

Literally no service at all. We asked for help. But no one helped me and my mom at women's shoes.

Took Nephew there today to look @ men's boots with a zipper. Nothing available. And no one there to ask a question.
