The people were great at returning calls before I rented the storage unit and very nice at the time of rental. However, when I called 3 times over 2 days to rent the truck, they have not returned any of my calls. It is frustrating to keep calling and not get any answer nor a return call when you are counting on getting the use of the truck to move and they won't let you know if it is still available for rent.

Prices are reasonable. Service is outstanding. Facility well run/maintained. Staff is friendly. They also provide van/truck rentals at a very reasonable price so someone like me without truck access can always utilize their vehicles to move large items in/out of my storage unit. A+

Very poor customer service, Very dry & unfriendly with their customers. will NEVER rent from again. Very vague on their rules. Asked to speak with a manager, but that was no help.
