Outstanding customer service that far surpassed my expectations.  Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Sandy.  She went out of her way to show me several units in attempt to accommodate my needs.  I was pleased to see that the facility was incredibly clean.  Sandy had an appointment with another customer, so she handed me off to Ashton.  

Ashton was equally polite and helpful.  He showed me multiple units until we found one that not only fit my spacial needs, but also provided the appropriate door/wall space, ceiling height, etc.   He went out of his way to accommodate my needs.  

I was pleasantly surprised that US Storage offered a free moving truck; a huge bonus.  Aston also offered a free appliance hand truck and moving blankets when he overheard my father and I talking about moving appliances.  

I was a picky customer with specific needs and they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and taken care of.  The fact that they were $20 per month cheaper than adjacent facilities was just the icing on the cake.

I recently retired and am moving to a new house. Jeff, the property manager, has helped me so much through this process. I ended up needing more storage than I thought and he was able to get my extra storage fast. The facility was clean and it also helped to have a free truck to move my belongings. I will be referring anyone who needs storage to this location, Thanks Jeff!

When choosing US Storage they choose you back. I received wonderful hospitality and customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff and he was able to work with my budget by me being a college student

The staff was really helpful, personable and polite! It was really easy to decide where to store my things after showing me clean units and having a great 24 hr security system. Awesome
