My mother hired them to move her from her house to an apartment.  While the movers were very nice people, they were inept in the world of moving.  Several pieces of furniture were scratched because of bad packing by the movers, a glass lamp shade made it to the new apartment and was then stepped on and broken by one of the movers.  The kid said that he would fix it and return it to my mother, but now it is a mystery to them. Finally, her 42" plasma tv was broken.  The screen was shattered.  My mother is 75 years old and initialed a $.60 per lb waver on damages.  The worst part is not one of the the people I spoke with even offered an apology.  They did send my mother a check for $75 for the TV.  By the way, the move cost over $1500.  Maybe they have better crews than the one my mother got.  Maybe they don't.

Great to work with!  I was supposed to have moved on a Saturday, and one of the crew members got the flu so they moved me a day earlier.  They moved me from Franklin to Nolensville in a little shy of two hours total.  Kristy, that works in the office was amazing to work with.  Communicated and worked very promptly with me, as did the moving crew!  They were very friendly, professional, and fast!!!  Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.  Thanks yall!

I am very pleased with the employees from This Side Up moving company. The only names I remember are Josh, Mike and Christian, but everyone who moved my furnishings out and in were professional and respectful. I will definitely refer your company. Great job you guys!!

We used the office based out of Franklin/Brentwood, Tn for our move. The customer service has been fantastic across the board.  The office manager (Kristy) was great to work with; she quickly worked up a quote over the phone and was always personable and professional. When I asked for a rep to come out to give a more accurate quote she got it scheduled within my limited availability. The sales manager (Jacob) who came out to give us a quote was friendly, had plenty of great tips to make our move easier, and did NOT make any negative comments about other moving companies. The 3 guys who came out (Ty, Nick, and Russ) were hard working, knowledgeable, careful, and thorough. They came in under the quoted time and I plan on using them for my future move.
