Excellent advice. Superb service. They helped us recover money from prior years by doing a thorough review of our prior year taxes. Handled all contacts with the IRS. Can't say enough about them. They are advocates, experts, and highly focused on their clients.

We hired Management Concepts CPAs & Consultants to help with our business expansion after we took over a new company. Tarik helped us with the due diligence process to determine if we are paying a fair market value for the company we bought. The support from management perspective was very detailed in crafting a new business strategy to help us integrate the entity with our existing operations. We were able to create a detailed financial reporting to track profitability per cost center and activity. After the acquisition was completed, we decided to retain MCCC as a CFO for hire.
