This is my second great xperience with Ami and his shop. Again, solid, honest service. E&M towing shows up when they say. No hassles, courteous. Called them before calling insurance and they got started. Then I called insurance (GEICO) and told them to call E&M. They towed directly to Manhattan Auto Body who held it overnight with no charge. The next  day Ami calls with an assessment and an estimate. On time and for the amount quoted. I won't service my car anywhere else.

I just tried to get my car inspected here and the guy at the repair desk shouted at me for pulling into the garage, told me to wait in the street (a busy NYC avenue) and told me I had no respect. He also shouted the F word at me and told me to get it inspected elsewhere. Yup. This just happened. Go down to Midtown auto center on 38th street instead.

I changed oil on my Honda today.Guys took care me well.There was no waiting time and it was very quick and smooth. This place deserve to have 4 stars!Deferentially recommend! Thank you Stacey!
