Came here to get an insurance inspection on a Saturday morning.  Sam provided great customer service by explaining the entire process and had me on my way in 15 minutes.  Impressive!  I'll have to come back here for sure.

Complete rip off. Tried to charge me $1550 for brake pads that were confirmed to be totally fine by another garage 15 minutes after I left the premises. Also tried to change a serpentine belt that was changed by bmw dealer just months prior. These guys are pure thieves. Am filing a complaint with bureau of consumer protection. Do not waste your time. Do not waste your money. Stay away from these crooks!

I came to Steven and Francine's about a year ago when I switched over my insurance to Geico and had to get a photo inspection. The woman in the front office, Isabel, was lovely and talked me through everything! I've been coming back every since. 

When I had a dead battery about a month ago, I called up hoping they would be able to get me in last minute, it was a Saturday night! Steven was on the phone right away getting a battery for my car and I was able to get in and out, they even stayed later to help!

If you think that you should find someone else you're surely mistaken. The best customer service I've ever experience and I've worked in Retail for many years. I can't thank them enough, they're such genuine people and know what they're doing. Knowledge and patience is the main attractions!

Thank you so much for the fantastic work you have done with my car.  Everyone at Steven and Francines were pleasant, knowledgable and fair prices.  Absolutely would keep going back to them.  Fair and trustworthy.  Will be telling all about this company.
