Love this place, there are no bad sandwiches here ever. Becca's Treasure and The Empire Club are my personal favorites. Parking: Parking can be tight but if you wait a few minutes something will open up. It's so worth it!
When heading down to New York City for business, I frequent Rein’s New York Style Deli, they’ve always had great sandwiches. Then I found this small little gem of a place called Manhatten Sandwich Co. in Marblehead. HOLY JESUS. Do you like flavorful explosions in your mouth? Juicy tender deli meats? Eye appealing sandwich presentations? THIS is the place where you get real sandwiches. I’m not sure how Manhatten caught bad reviews here, sometimes I think it’s jealousy, because you just can’t make a mean sandwich at home like this, and the execution is done perfectly. Ordered the American Hero, whew so many amazing things about this sandwich, corned beef is soooo good, almost melt in your mouth category, sauces are rich and tasty, bread is fluffy and delicious. When you nod your head yes, and negative reviewers say no, what do you mean? If you’re looking for a small hole in the wall place, to tickle your tastebuds and their awards sure prove it, Manhatten really needs to be your first stop, especially if you’re heading out on your boat, beach, or raft. Also recommend corporate to come here and order out, as business grows, Manhatten will be my one stop shop to feed our hungry creatives.
Uh oh! Just got a small Becca’s Treasure - their take on an Italian Sub. I don’t think I needed to know about this one. Not too big, not too small perfectly shareable for small appetites. Just the right proportions of meats to cheese to veg to seasons to bread. Lightly toasted and warm through. Pretty much damn near perfect. Well done MSC!!!

Manhattan sandwich Is a small shop and get a little crowded of times but they never disappoint. Interesting sandwich board items but they also have no problem making a custom sandwich your way. Look for the specials.
Terrible deli meat!! I asked before ordering if they had Boars Head delivered meat and the girl upfront didn't know and the young kid in back yells.. Yes all Boars Head Well Shame on me for believing him I shouldn't win with my gut I noticed that there were no boars headsigns in the delit's in the deli so I thought that was a little strange I got the pilgrim they never heard of gravy for the side of a Thanksgiving sandwich when I tell you that the deli meat that I had turkey was less than subpar it was horrible I wouldn't have fed it to a dog I hope the next person reads the reviews before they order food there I wish I had
Got chicken salad this is my favorite. It cost over $10 for a basic sandwich disappointed they had no pickles but surprisingly they had chicken salad the last 2 times I called they did not. They are not fast so expect to wait a while even when it's not busy
This place is cool. Sometimes they don’t spend enough time on your sandwich and you end up with a hot sandwich that’s meant to be cold. I love the pickles, the chips and the sodas as well. The sandwiches are like a proper NY deli with as much meat as your heart can desire. You won’t be let down by these guys.
Wasn’t super impressed. The reviews are great but the sandwiches were a bit lacking. Maybe I caught the place in an off day. There is very little seating so I’d suggest to get your food to go. Buffalo chicken sandwich was just a warmed up chicken patty with some buffalo sauce thrown on top. Staff was nice at least.
