I train here with Nathan W. He hands down made a major positive influence on my lifestyle. Not only do I enjoy the workouts, but he is highly in tune and motivational. Not to mention I saw results after the first 7 DAYS of working with him!! The gym is also very clean and spacious and makes the workout very personal. I'm looking forward to many more sessions!
