I just moved to the area. I searched around, checked out Instagram especially. When I walked in to make my appointment, Cassie greeted me. My appointment went great. I was very vague about my highlight color. Cassie read between the lines and nailed it!! Everyone was super nice and friendly. Love that Cassie did everything including washing my hair.

I've been on/ off customer for years. I brought in a picture of a simple bob. I had a longer style all one length below the shoulder.At least 4 inches was removed and it didn't turn out the way I expected, in the chair, upset, I said to the stylist its not the same. She said it is flipping outwards because that is the length now and that's how it hits the shoulders and curls up instead of curling under like the photo. I left upset and I called the manager who said she would take care of everything if I would come back and the stylist would be working with another stylist so she can see what originally went wrong. When I came back, it was the original girl who butchered my hair just giving me her opinion about why it looks diff with no help from anyone else.  Feeling helpless I got a quote for extensions for about 1200, (they never took responsibility or offered a credit for the $50 mess up.) Upon leaving I asked them to have the manager call me back and that never happened. I'm no longer a customer. Frangipani addressed the issue instead.

In a nutshell, i was promised by the manager that it would be fixed. when I got there, there seemed to be no problem at all and I felt misunderstood and alone in the situation.

Such a great environment. I came into town for business and decided to get a haircut. So happy with how it turned out. My hair stylist, Justine, was friendly, helpful, and talented! 10/10 would go again!

Mantra is the most professional salon I’ve ever been to and I have been everywhere in Jacksonville. Clean, professional, and attentive staff make your experience heavenly. Katie Denton is amazing! She has made my hair dreams come true all while keeping my hair as healthy as can be! I’m forever thankful for her as a stylist and also blessed to have gained a forever friend!

I highly recommend Katie Denton (Spooner) at Mantra Salon.  When I walked in, I was a head of damaged blonde hair that needed major help.  Katie brought back my confidence with a deep conditioning, perfect highlights and a fantastic cut.  My hair feels great and I could not be happier.  Katie is such a pleasure to be around too.  Her exceptional customer service and a great personality made for such a wonderful experience. I am happy my friend recommended you and I highly recommend as well.   Also, I thought it was a great value.
