I’ll put it this way....I live literally across the street from this location, but 9/10 I will make the 12 min drive to the town center location due to the customer service (or lack thereof) I experience at this location every single time I come here. It is a miracle to even get a greeting when you walk in the door. If the stars align just right, the ONE associate that works the makeup area will ask if you need help.

This is my favorite Ulta, I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is helpful, the store is always clean and they just got the Dermalogical spa. I frequently hit up the Benefit brow bar at this location and it is always a treat, I end up looking fly.

This Ulta needs to staff their store better!  I’ve gone into their stores at least 3 times to have a brow wax and there wasn’t anyone to do it!  Hire more people!

I usually spend a lot of money at this Ulta, today I happen to just need a makeup remover, when I ask the lady at the register of she han any samples, she bluntly said " for this kind of purchase, no" 
I spend thousands of dollars at this place, really? 
You lost my business.
