I had never been to a Supercuts in my life, I have a love any business or product that has the word super in it (Super Walmart, Super Target, Super Nintendo etc) so I decided to give it a shot. I was immediately greeted by one of their friendly staff. Lacey was the individual that gave me my hair cut. I was supremely pleased by the service. Usually I’m a little skeptical of anyone that wants to get near my head, neck, or face with sharp objects but she seemed trust worthy. I would suggest this establishment to anyone. Even Samson himself would enjoy a haircut from here even if it meant losing his strength. That is how strongly I feel about this particular super cuts. If I could give it 6 stars I’d want to give it 7 stars.

Check the last paragraph to see why I still recommend this business and did not give a 1 star.

When you call, they'll be sure to tell you no appointments...no help on that front at all.  When you arrive, you'll be lucky to be greeted, and there is no sign in sheet.  Instead, you'll find a room full of the same blank stares that you've got, wondering who's in first, or who is just waiting on their child or spouse, with no idea how long the wait is.  At this point, somebody may look over and say, "take a seat and we'll be right with you."  However, after waiting another 5 minutes, you realize nobody will be "right with you" as there is no sense of urgency or customer service.  Everyone moves so slow and without purpose (they're not just being attentive to other customers; they just lack ambition).  Your only hope is that other people will get more frustrated than you and leave, improving your place in the presumed line.

Fortunately for me, 2 other people left for the reasons I mentioned, so my wait was only 15 minutes or so.  Also, the manager came out on the floor to help the other stylists, and she is fast and polite and ambitious.  She did a great job quickly, and they are reasonably priced.  I'll be sure to come back.  Just inventory how many people are waiting versus the number of stylists working before you wait!  The manager would have a 5 star business if the wait and the pace were faster.  SHE is great!
