This is the most unprofessional pizza restaurant I ever ordered from. I place an order at 8:50pm, 2 medium pizza for my 11yr old daughter and nephew and still haven’t gotten my delivery. I was quoted 45mins for the delivery time, called back an hour later to find out that I should've been told the wait was going to be 1 1/2 hr due to 1 delivery driver. Well guess what, the wait is still going, it been 2hours, they close at 11pm, the manager got me holding on the phone while they check the ETA of my delivery. I will be contacting the manager first thing tomorrow morning. This is ridiculous, first and last time I’ll ever order from this location. I fell in love with the Glenwood location in Atlanta. I guess I’ll take the drive there before I ever order from this location again. And to think I’m only 2miles from Bolton rd location, just sad and bad business.

Waiting an hour and a half for a pizza is really unacceptable in this day.  The pizza is just mediocre.  Personally think better than Papa John's but worse that most local options.  Wife doesn't event think better than Papa John's because she is a mushroom girl and Marco's uses canned mushrooms that just don't have as good a flavor or texture.

I ordered my pizza through DoorDash & had a particular concern regarding my pizza & the manner in which it may have been prepared and handled. I called the store and the supervisor, Jeremy, was amazing. He listened and he provided a solution. The entire time he was professional, friendly, and apologetic. He had one of his drivers to deliver a new pizza to me. This type of professionalism & customer service is often absent when it comes to many restaurants, so I had to be sure to write this review because of the over the top service by Jeremy. If not for my initial pizza mishap, I would have given 5 stars. Thank you, Jeremy.

I usually don't have a problem with getting delivery orders, so this was a first for me. I got a coupon for this place and as soon as I called the lady in the other line seemed as if she didn't want to talk and wanted to get off the phone. I told her I wanted to pay with my card and she asked me for my address and hung up afterwards. The pizza delivery wasn't too long but my delivery driver was an old man with an accent that didn't greet me at all and just gave me the pizza and told me that my payment was supposed to be cash. I told him I requested to pay with card and had to call them again to straighten things out. The lady didn't even bother to get my card number the first time.Then I asked him if he had a pen to sign and he asked me "you don't have a pen in the house?" Pretty much everyone I spoke to was lacking in the customer service department, but the pizza and delivery time were good at least. Maybe eating in might be a better idea for others.

This is my 1st and last time ever ordering from Marco’s pizza! I placed an order Sunday at the one at 2331 Bolton Road Suite A Atlanta, GA 30318 for 4 pizza’s to be delivered to my 6 year old son’s classroom party at 11:30 a.m. (4 miles from his school) for this Monday. They charged by card Sunday and said the pizza would get there before 11:30 a.m. So I called my son’s school to see what time they actually got there just to find out they never bothered to delivered them! I called to find out what happened and they said it wasn’t in their system for this morning, yet my card was charged the day before. So the manager said he could get them ready in 15 minutes and deliver them in another 10. I wasn’t given an apology for their mistake nor was I offered any kind of compensation to keep my business! This is horrible customer service and extreme irresponsibility on Marco’s pizza. Lesson learned: never rely on them to surprise a group of 1st graders because they are unreliable! They almost delivered them to the wrong place on top of all of this! They went next door 1st.
