This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First of all they couldn’t find my order, which I ordered 2 hours prior for delivery. They didn’t call to confirm anything. Secondly, I had to drive down to the store to pick up and order that was supposed to be delivered to my house and when I got there no one came to assist me, the door was locked and they had me standing in the rain waiting for assistance. When I finally did get some assistance, they still couldn’t find my order even though I showed them my id, order and receipt number. They refused to make my order, or let me into the store while I was getting soaked. I was understanding enough to wait 3 hours to receive an order which they messed up but weren’t humane enough to fix. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE.

This pie sucks raw...half cooked & dowie as a newlywed trying to cook scratch biscuits, cold toppings & little to none toasting of either ...just damn... frozen is better; especially DiGiorno frozen pizza

Always enjoyed their pizza over some so called high end pizza chains. Their new double pepperoni is a good choice. Always served very promptly when I come here.

Let's be honest. I love Papa John's. Despite speeches from friends outlining the reasons why other pizza chains are superior, I stand by Papa John's and their The Works pizza with too many extra orders of garlic butter. I hunt down information sessions at Georgia Tech in hopes of eating free Papa John's, and finals week at Tech would not be complete without a late-night order using GTECH50. However, it seems like all Tech students feel the same, because the expected delivery times for this Papa John's is ridiculous compared to other pizza chains in the area. I understand that it's one of the busiest (if not the busiest) Papa John's ever, but two hours? Really? I don't have my life together enough to order a pizza 2 hours before I want to eat it. I would not recommend this specific Papa John's location unless you plan to order well in advance. Either pick up the pizza or go somewhere else, because the wait is ridiculous. They also fail to answer the phone half the time, so you probably won't even be able to cancel your order after you find out how long the wait is...

If it was possible to give a negative review, I would. This place makes me never want to order papa johns ever again. I placed an order, with the expectation that it would be delivered in 30 minutes. Almost 2 hours later, the delivery driver arrives. I’m typically pretty easy going and figured they were busy so I paid and tipped. I open up the boxes and I only half of my order was correct. I was completely missing the other half. When I called the store, they told me it would be another 2 hours to get me the remainder of my order. Idk about you but 4 hours for some pizza is outrageous. She then offered a store credit. I don’t live here and that would do me no good. Do not order from here EVER. They WILL mess up your order and they will take forever.
