I mostly go there during my lunch break for their prepared food selection. They make some of the best pizza in Portland and make great deli sandwiches. They also have a decent beer selection (for after work obviously 😉). I have not gone there to buy a full grocery list so I can't comment on that.

They pack a nice variety of items into a small space, plus they have a good deli and coffee bar.  I shop all over and have found their prices to be competitive... quality is comparable to Zupans but I would say about 30% less.  Plus, they rotate stock and have new items in often.
