Giving it 1 star because I have to, but I don't think they deserve any. I haven't been to the retail store so I can't say anything about that,  but I took my dogs to daycare and it was ridiculous. They got locked in a room called a play yard with 1 other dog. When I got there 1 of my dogs was no where in sight and neither was any staff, I had to go to the retail side to get someone to help me find the boarding staff. Finally she came out and said my dogs didn't feel like playing,  well they were locked in a room together instead of with the other dogs in the larger play yard. I normally go to Pete and Macs, which by the way is less expensive, has huge play yards and always has a staff member with the dogs, but I live across the street form the depot so I tried it. Thank goodness I only did 1/2 day! I left and told the girl we would never be back. So disappointed.

Super overpriced! Limited selection on most sections. Have not tried any of the grooming options etc. So only commenting on supplies. Did have some exclusive and unique items. Clean organized.

It is amazing. The volenteers who work there are super cool. They will get any animals out if you want to see them. Pet Depot is a amazing store. Plus you can board animals and they still get loved on. They even have a backyard for the dogs

Really like the small community feel g about this place. Great customer service! One stop shop for all your small pet needs.

Interesting pet store. Though I have not purchased anything here, so I can not discuss their prices, they do have cool animals here foe sale occasionally. Animals like salamanders and hedge hogs. Also, the Guinea pigs here look much healthier and robust than those sold at Petsmart and Petco.
