My husband and I just went into Pet Planet. We met the manager Sarah and told her the challenges that we have been having with getting our dog Chewy to eat. Sarah was very knowledgeable. She recommended a few different dog foods and she also gave us plenty of samples of both kibble and treats for us to try out with our dog. We are so thankful for her kindness and time today to get us on the right dietary path with our dog.

The new people are awesome! Glad because this location is close to home. Sara and Julie really seemed to know what they're talking about and made suggestions like they actually use this stuff for their own dogs. Very happy!

Fun and Friendly Staff.  They were able to answer some questions about cat food for us and helped find eco-friendly toys and treats that also serve as enrichment and vitamins for my 3 little fur babies

I really want to give this place 5 stars but I can't.  Let me explain. When I first came here there was a lady who was incredibly helpful, sweet, knowledgeable, and friendly. My wife and I had gone to other locals and had a bad experience, so we decided to check this place out.We got everything we needed and felt this was a great place and it was going to be our new store. The past 3 time I have been there someone else has been working and because of them we are never coming back. Rude, doesn't know anything about anything in the store, not helpful and spacey. H.A.N.K was more helpful then she was. Just know this place is awesome ,but beware of one of the girls that works there..sheesh.
