I love this store. The staff is incredibly attentive and they take the time to help each person and answer all of their questions. When they are really busy this can mean a bit of a wait (around 15 minutes), but that's rare and it's worth it when I'm the one that needs help and has questions about pet care. Usually we are in and out in about five minutes when we pick up crickets. The staff have definitely made loyal customers out of us.

I had just received a ball python, and was looking for some information on how to properly care for him. I missed the name kf the guy i had spoke with, but it should be known the man with the dreads was so helpful, had an answer to all my questions, and seemed happy to do so. Amazing place.

Could have had a great experience!! First time customer here and one of the employees (Jeremy )completely lies to my face about the refund policy. I should sue. I was told after purchasing a snake that they have a 30 refund policy which is CLEARLY printed on the receipt I still have. The original snake purchased would not eat and died very shortly after getting him. When I returned him one staff member offered the refund until (Jeremy) intervened and said we could only get store credit or replacement snake. When I asked why he isnt upholding the refund policy he said their refund policy is in store credit. When I told him it was illegal to print refund details on a receipt and not honor it he replied with the excuse that it used to be on the receipt but the printer ran out of room to print the rest. Boldly making up a lie in my face as if I were completely oblivious to how a refund policy works. 

We had no choice but to get another snake. He stated I could talk to his boss about it and asked if I wanted the bosses card to call. I accepted the card. I asked when he is working he said he didnt know. When I called the number on the card it was the stores number...I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. Ridiculous...Jeremy needs more training or you guys are going to have lawsuits left to right. Who runs this place!?!?!

Predators Reptile Center is my favorite place to look at reptiles because the staff is usually very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive and there are always lots of different reptiles to see!

They had everything I needed to accommodate my royal python, Lillith. I definitely recommend this place for noobies. The staff is friendly and caring.
