P.S.A this location is closed. This location moved down chandler Blvd just passed the 202, on the right side.

I tried calling this location 6 times. Each time I am waiting on hold to be connected to any department, I've tried 3 of them, and I get hung up on. I don't hear anyone answer, I just get hung up on once the hold music stops. Ive also heard of many botched grooming  jobs. Needless to say, I'm losing my faith in Petco and the customer service is shameful. Save your dogs, go somewhere else.

AVOID THIS LOCATION - VERY BAD GROOMERS !!!! I came here once and they left my dog half bald and then turned him away because they forgot to check his vaccinations. I got offered a free grooming for my troubles, so I returned to give them a second chance because I do love PETCO stores. When I returned, the manager of the grooming center flipped out on me and refused to give me the promised free grooming. She's a white lady, slightly on the heavy side, and she claims to be the manager but her customer service is out of whack - she will scream at customers at will. I got screamed at, pointed at, and they even they refused to finish my dog's hair AGAIN, even though he was even more than half bald, the poor little guy had to endure that again. 

I had to call the general manager, Adama P., and she was able to help me out. In short, HORRIBLE GROOMING SERVICE! They scream at their clients. AVOID THIS GROOMER!!! I also think they acted like this because we are Mexican, so they might even be racists.

Staff are friendly and often find what I like here. Just make sure that high-end products aren't missing parts before leaving the store, or you'll end up going back to exchange them. (A great return policy can be both good and bad.)

This place is always great for my dog. She's always happy when I pick her up. They do exceptional at grooming and by far Pet Co's best location we drive by another to go here instead
