I saw them force a young lady and her friend to leave the store because they had a pet (which Petco sells) in a box while walking around the store. The pet was completely contained and I'm not sure why the employee was so rude about it. I and my pets will never be returning, out of fear that the same thing may happen to us.

A good location. This Petco is small, but carries a large selection of foods and pet necessities. They usually had enough staffing & their team is helpful. 

If you live in central Gilbert this is a convenient location for buying items for your pet.
