Tremendous. That single adjective is the only review you need. I needed an heirloom engagement ring resized, others said it wasn’t possible due to the positioning of the auxiliary stones. Marlen said, “No problem!” They were 100% correct. No damage, no changes, and resized without any signs it was anything but made that way. Absolutely top-notch work at an outstanding price. Mr. Eilberg is a gentlemen and a scholar while his staff is nothing short of stellar. You want any piece of jewelry or related work? Look no further. Stop your search, don’t bother googling any other, you’ve found the people. Much like the Highlander of film fame, “There can be only one” jeweler. Marlen is the ONE AND ONLY jeweler. Trust me, trust them, and your faith will not be misplaced.

The clerks were all very accommodating and helpful. I had a very small job of replacing a jump loop on a religious medal. They replaced it but it turned out to be a little too small. I returned it and the clerk said she'd send it back up to the jeweler and not only did he fix it but he fixed the other medals on my chain too and soldered the the jump loops for the price of the one I brought back! Everyone was very gracious and kind to me. The also have very beautiful jewelry. For a small job for under $25. they treated me very graciously.

My spouse and I were very disappointed with the lack of customer service we received this past Saturday. We stopped in to purchase an upgraded wedding band for him. We had custom work done at Marlin's many years ago and even purchased his initial wedding band from them 30 years ago. Even though there were several employees in the store and one had to buzz us in to access the store, we were not greeted by anyone for over five minutes. There was only one other customer present. No one bothered to query why we exited the store either. This is upsetting because we specifically directed our eldest daughter (one of three) to go to Marlen's for her bridal needs based on our great past service.
