Stopped in spur of the moment with hopes they could repair my husband's watch and not only did they repair it right there on the spot they replaced the watch battery and another loose part of the band for me. Great service and friendly faces. Highly recommend.

I was in here with my friend while he was picking out an engagement ring.  The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful.  I haven't had to make the trip here yet for my own needs, but if I do need any jewelry type needs, watching my friend's experience and interactions with the staff leave no doubt in my mind that I'll come here.

Unbelievable experience!  I have been searching for a quality Watch Repair professional for months, and decided to Google local watchsmiths.  By chance, I decided to stop by here and presented Nick, the Master Watchsmith there with my frozen automatic IWC.  Within seconds of inspecting the watch, he knew exactly what was wrong and accepted it for repairs.  And within a Day, he had my watch working and running again, and even inspected it further than I originally asked for to make sure everything was Lubed and Tight.  

I admit, I was hesitant, but this was an experience that made me happy to bring back my watch from Paperweight status.  I highly recommend them, and would be back to his care with eyes closed!

Took in 4 high end watches to have batteries replaced. The cost was double my original quote...close to $200...watches were not reset or calibrated after batteries were removed, had to do that myself after looking it up online. No warrenties, no guarantees, a lot of money just to see them tick. Other places offer more service, or at least make you think your getting your money's-worth. I won't go back.
