I come in early in the morning so it’s not so busy and the cashiers aren’t so tired. But one morning I had purchased a few intimate clothing items (bras, underwear) my cashier and the cashier girl next to her were asking each other if they liked my items before putting in the bag. As it isn’t already embarrassing enough to buy your undergarments I had to stand and listen to them judge. I will go to another store.

This place customer service is awful starting with management.. not welcoming at all. Went in there looking for a decent price Michael Kors bag and found what I was looking for! I proceeded to ask an associate (that I didn't know was the manager at the time) if I would be able to get a mark down because it had a little stain on the bag.. she told me ,no they wouldn't ,in a rude manner ..when I asked if she was the manager ,she said yes rudely as well.. So as any other customer may have, I placed my bag on hold until the end of the NIGHT. I left and came back an hr or so later, and that same lady was still in the aisles putting things up and she just gave me a blantant rude look! No smile or anything yet she claims shes the a manager (kudos for customer service)  .. as I walked down an aisle near to her ,I decided to look out the corner of my eye ..not to my amazement was she looking at me even more disgustingly as if she thought I came BACK to the store to steal or something.. in my eyes that's racial profiling because I KNOW that quick look she gave was because she was thinking negatively of me being back there in the store . I DID end up purchasing the bag I came back for ,but doubt I will ever go back based on their customer service. Even the cashiers weren't friendly ..

Great selection at this store and staff is very nice....but be careful at night...got followed to my car by panhandler and then he knocked on my car window asking for money.
