Aya Fatima is the nicest, sweetest agent I have ever had the pleasure of quoting me on insurance! This is the place to get your car insurance, they have beat all the other guys prices. They have found all kinds of discounts that other companies didn't. The prices was so good that when I bought my new car I was able to keep both cars insured.

I switched to this office after a major issue with another location in town hoping I could just keep it simple and stick with my existing insurance plan. This proved to not be much better. Poor communication skills, do not answer the phone, they will be communicative while they're trying to sell you insurance, the second you are not eligible for whatever reason, you will not get a call back. I had to call headquarters to get a call back from the local office and file a formal complaint. I regret staying with State Farm all this time despite multiple other issues. I will be cancelling all policies and switching to another company even though it will cost me more money, that's how much I refuse to work with State Farm anymore.

I become more familiar where products are with more visits.  Helpful staff points me in the right direction among tens of thousands of items.

Was looking for new insurance since my previous company had been basically robbing me blind for awhile. Contacted Aya who went above & beyond to help me drop my rate by more than $100. She was very kind, patient, and very professional throughout my entire experience. Highest regards to her for really understanding and caring about my needs. Treated me like a human and not just a customer. Give her a raise!!! I thank her and the company for taking care of me and making me feel at home.

I work with Aya out of this office. She does a great job and always goes out of her way to help. I email and get a response fast. She is pleasant and very helpful goes out of her way to make sure that we are always satisfied. We were will progressive for years. She made sure that we have the best rates and policy that we could afford.  I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

Aya, was amazing. She helped me get a wonderful car insurance and rental insurance policy and saved me quite a bit per month. She was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and she cares for her clients. It’s really nice to have an agent you know directly also as opposed to the big guys where they aren’t very personable. I know if I have any questions I can call the office directly. I’m really happy I switched. Support Local Business and call Aya.

I’ve had policies with many other offices over the years, but this one has been by far the best. The service here is always incredible and Mary has been my go-to person for years. I recently added a homeowners policy after buying a new home, and the process was so easy. Mary sent my broker my declaration page within an hour, which really sped up the process. I will definitely be holding all of my policies here as long as the service remains as great as it already is.

I recently got a quote from Aya and I was stunned at how much I saved a month on car and renters insurance. Aya responded quickly to all my questions and was very professional, patient, and helpful in answering my questions in regards to helping me pick the best insurance for my needs. I definitely would recommend you ask for her next time you have any insurance needs!

Other then the polite way I was told it's my fault and there is nothing they could do even though they told me it was ok to sell. Now I paid $150 a months for no coverage other than liabilityI thought I had coverage and apart of that is uninsured drivers coverage and when I put in all required pictures and documents they don't even do the leg work I wait two months and get told they cannot contact the other guy as such thier is nothing they can do and tell me it's fine to sell my junk car to the junk yard then couple weeks later claims calls me and says since I sold my car they won't pay me out huh!!!!!!! Wow just wow worst people ever. now after having to finance a car at an extremely high payment a month they have the gull to charge $435 for continued monthly service wow I'm ashamed to call this insurance
