I was running late from my appointment and they were super understanding and I was able to get a physical in 20 minutes.  Efficient and excellent doctors office.

Wonderful practice!  Providers and staff are efficient and so kind.  Any of my questions and concerns have been addressed in a timely, professional manner.  I highly recommend this practice.

MPCP is the best office I've been to! The office staff is always willing to help and are so caring. I highly recommend Maryland Primary Care in Arnold to all of my family and friends!!

I would not recommend this office. The doctor I have was mediocre and was never able to diagnose my illnesses. Follow up on blood work or tests was almost non existent either by phone or in the mail. They do not have urgent same or even within a few days appointments. You will end up going to an Urgent Care facility as a result. I called after an ER visit where they told me that they were sure I had really early appendicitis and needed to be seen at my PCP the next day. I called the next day and spoke with Kirsten to schedule an appointment. I told her that I needed to be urgently seen for An ER follow up where they indicated they were sure I had really early appendicitis. Kirstan indicated appendicitis was not an urgent issue. I again explained that they indicated it was very urgent and I should be seen that day. Kirstan said no appointments were available and offered me the "first available appointment" almost a week later. I saw a specialist and was diagnosed with appendicitis and had surgery to remove my appendix. The office staff is one of the worst. They are inattentive, not patient focused and will treat you like they are inconviencied by you. The practice is so bad that the specialists and their office staff talk openly about how bad this practice is. There are too many doctors and practices that will provide excellent care and respect you for you to waste your time with this one. 

Additional note: There are a number of their office staff that have provide a review here describing how great and helpful the office staff is but have not disclosed they are employees of Maryland Primary Care Physicians Arnold office in their review. Please keep that in mind when you are reading the other reviews. I believe the office staff is a strong reason this practice has gone downhill over the past 7 years.
