Scheduled a 15 month appointment for my son a month ago for 1300 today. Came into the office today at 1130 and was told by the two ladies at the front desk that they called me on yesterday and didn’t get an answer so they must’ve canceled his appointment. I called them yesterday to make sure it was ok for him to come since he’d just had 12 month shots 2 weeks ago and was told that it was ok. If I’m at work I can’t always answer the phone. Why not send an email as well? Why do I need to confirm twice? Me calling to verify that he could still get the shots should have been enough confirmation that he’d be there. VERY POOR customer service. They didn’t offer to go ahead and reschedule the appointment either. They seemed to have had a nonchalant attitude about it. Very disappointing considering kids have to have shots to stay in daycare and I work an hour away and drove all the way over here for nothing.

Excellent pediatrician! Dr. Darden has been my children's pediatrician for 7 years now and I have no complaints. Excellent service and would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr Darden is the best, most thorough, most kid friendly doctor I have had the pleasure of meeting. He has always provided my daughter with amazing care.

Dr. Darden is superb!!! My children did not want to leave him. He has a gift of bedside manner that is impeccable.

Dr Darden was my pediatrician when I was born and was my daughters pediatrician before we moved. Great honest doctor !
