Dr Rai is an excellent GI Doctor I! I spent 26 in the military and had excellent care the entire time, so I know quality healthcare . Dr Rai is a consummate professional, his office has access to leading technology, they get you in quickly, he explains everything well; and the staff/NP's/ PA's are great. I have refered friends to him, and wil do it over & over again. Thank you Dr Rai and staff Dr Maggie Johnson Glover

The issue I have with this office is the communication, or lack of really . I went here 5 years a go and I don't recall having any of these problems . Now it seems his office is busier and he has more patients than one should cover . Meeting with Dr. Rai, he's kind and explains things to you and offers for every test to find out what's wrong, but the problem is, you hardly meet with him, and instead meet with his nurses who are not all on the same page with one another , so you are not told the same things, which is confusing for the patients. Also, it seems your tests are not always able to be found in the system which can be frustrating when you are calling for test results or meeting with the PA and going over prior tests done in the office . Phone calls are not always returned and when they are there can be confusion to what message they are returning . There is too much disorganization, miscommunication and delay in communication. This leaves patients like myself to feel like they really are not cared about and paid attention to the way they should be. Again, I feel Dr. Rai is a good doctor, but I feel he really needs to get things together with his office staff and listen to his patients a little more, as well as make sure he really goes over everything.

I suffered with gas and hemorrhoids for a few years. After seeing Dr. Rai I found I had an disorder and after he removed the hemorrhoids I no longer have pain. And when I changed my diet it relieved the symptoms I was having. I only wish I had found him earlier. Thank you Dr. Rai

Good bed side manner originally, got pretty defensive when we pushed back on the conclusion which was pretty far off from conclusive, and seemed to push for expensive diagnostics which had been run before, and not address more obvious conclusions and concerns. Can't say as I'd recommend him.

Dr Rai it's the best dr I have after I was in pain after a hemorrhoids surgery it was professional and helpful I appreciate his help thank you Dr. Rai and His assistant too thank you ❤️🌹you are the best I will recommend him to everyone
