I am unable to make an  appt. With Dr. Kunec. due to a 59.00 payment. When I called to pay the staff was very rude and said I had to call the collection agency. They would not take my payment. I asked if they could have the doctor call me and they said no. Very rude staffers.

Have to reschedule knee surgery with Dr Thomas that was to take place on 5/31/17
because of another medical problem that has surfaced over the past 3 days.  Will await
call from Marilyn, Dr Thomas' scheduler.

Just called (10:21am, 8/4/16) to set up an appointment to see doctor Thomas after being referred by Laurel Hospital for a sever knee injury. Receptionist was nonchalant and dismissive when I told her I would be paying the fee of $500 out of pocket. She automatically assumed that I couldn't afford treatment because my insurance hadn't been established with my new job. She practically hung up the phone in my face.  Receptionist has superiority complex which should have no part in customer service.
