Dr. Adams is professional and fair. If you approach him with respect and state your case, he will do what's reasonable - and in many cases beyond that, to accommodate you.  His staff are friendly and the office is in impeccable condition. When I go to Dr. Adams' office, I know I'm going to a place that strikes the right balance between being top of the line while remaining down to the earth.

Very friendly staff. Super clean office. Gary D. Adams, DDS is a remarkable dentist. My children have been his patients for several years and he has always done a fantastic job.

 He only uses white fillings not the silver metal kind.He explains the dental procedures and gently pulled all four of my daughters wisdom teeth in office on the same day and she had no swelling afterwards. She felt no pain during the procedure either. He took his time and saved me a lot of money by using local anesthesia rather than general anesthesia. I was more happy with that too because I am uncomfortable with my children having general anesthesia. 

He is gentle and caring and on time for his patients. He will work with you on pricing and try his best to get what is needed done in the most cost efficient way and they also offer financing. 

New office is at 5809 Nicholson Lane Rockville, MD. Highly recommend! Easy to get an appointment. I was offered same day treatment for my daughters very painful wisdom teeth. She was crying in pain as they were impacted before Dr. Adams removed them. 5 stars all the way!

I reently saw Dr. Adams for a routine exam and cleaning for myself and child.  It was easy to get an appointment and they were very accomodating and great in treating a toddler.

As a new patient, I was happy to complete the forms online and find out they work with all insurances.

Highly recommend.

I consulted the dentist to put on new crowns. Then mysteriously he made me lie flat on my back, put my head back in an awkward position and asked me to open and close my jaw. He then declared that when closing my jaw one of my teeth came into contact before the rest of my teeth. The dentist then declared that I suffered from TMJ. I told the dentist that I do not normally open and close my jaw in such a weird position. The dentist asked if I had headaches or any other pain. I said that I had no pain whatsoever anywhere. And when I asked what the cost of TMJ treatment would be, he refused to answer.
 Considering that I have seen a number of dentists over the past 20 years and none of them said that I suffered from TMJ, I considered this rather odd.
 I told the dentist that I do not suffer from TMJ and that I just wanted new crowns.
 The dentist insisted that I did suffer from TMJ and that if he put new crowns on me that the new crowns would chip and that I would then blame him for it.
 I again repeated that I do not want any TMJ treatment. The dentist then said that he would not perform the crowns and walked out of the room.
 This is a weird way to practice dentistry. Apparently the dentist wants to perform TMJ treatment whether you need it or not.
