Doc is the best in the business! I hadn't seen a dentist since about 1250BC so naturally it had been a while. To be honest, I've never had a better experience with any dentist and would recommend Doc to anyone! She is excellent at what she does, extremely detail oriented, and a cosmetic perfectionist on those pearly whites. Not to mention she has a fantastic sense of humor while your mouth is stuffed with cotton and suction tubes. A+, 5 stars and then some!

Dr. Nikkhah is an excellent dentist and after all these years I am so happy I have found her.  She is highly knowledgeable and talented, and always explains everything so that I can understand and gives me my options for treatment.  She is very honest and I always know what I am getting done and what I might owe.    I have had multiple appointments and have never had to wait too long.  She gets me in and gives my thorough attention and then I am out.  The office is modern with the newest technologies.  The staff is very warm and friendly.  I highly recommend Pike district smiles for all of your dental care.

Dr Nikkhah is great. She is genuine, and it shows that she truly cares for her patients. The whole team is always friendly, and more than willing to work with you. Their office is convenient for me as they take dental insurance, and plus they are centrally located in N. Bethesda with a parking garage as well as street parking.

I highly recommend Pike District Smiles. The staff were great--they were all very welcoming and friendly. The office is very modern and clean, and a short walk from the White Flint metro station. My experience at Pike District Smiles was very positive. I'm used to waiting a long time to be seen by a hygienist or dentist when going to the dentist, but I didn't have to wait at all at Pike District Smiles,  everything was very prompt.

Fast and efficient! Doctor explained everything to me and gave me options to choose from. Front desk lady was extremely nice. I went in for a tooth extraction or possible root canal and they did an excellent job on the extraction!
