I took my car in to have the windshield wipers checked. They called me to tell me that the entire windshield transmission needed to be replaced. I didn’t have that money so I picked up my car. They broke the hold down clips to take the plastic cover off (they won’t break if you’re careful and patient) and I was going to be charged for it if I had decided to buy the part and get my wipers fixed there. Instead of replacing the clips they broke, they used zip ties to hold the cover down. And did not even finished putting everything back (rubber part that goes along the plastic cover). I opened the hood and it was just sitting there. I ended up getting my wipers fixed, I didn’t even need to buy the entire transmission. One of the bushings broke, that’s all I had to get replaced to get them working again. But the guy at the desk provided a good customer service. The mechanic attending my car did not show good work ethics.

Every time I go in there my car comes out with more problems than it has when I took it in. Lay time I took it in my AC worked fine, when I got my car back the AC now smells like it's hooked directly into the exhaust.

Have been taking my car here for 8 years. They have always been honest & fair. They've taken me to work when I needed to drop off my car for service, repaired tires I bought from them for free, and always explained why my car needed the work it needed.

Went in to have work done left auto in morn 5 hours later not done. Went back and brought car to another shop
