Took my 21 month Grandson who went for free. Started a membership to help this great organization which should be 100% funded by voluntary donations. Grandson thoroughly loved the Bald Eagle complete with bird sounds, the Sniwy Owl with appropriate sound also. He loved the River Otter Show complete with back flip. The new fox setting is awesome and the fox was standing very majestic upon a rock awaiting his next meal. Thank for the great time and thank You God for the beautiful day!!!!!

This is a tiny, mostly free little zoo featuring rescued native wildlife. There's a pair of snowy owls, a fox, a pair of hawks, some turkey vultures, a bald eagle, some deer, some turtles, and a river otter. If you come at the right times you can see them feeding the animals. In the warm months the otter swims in her enclosure and does flips. If you're a Mass Audubon member there's a museum inside you can visit (or pay $5 if you aren't a member) with some snakes, small mammals, and couple of owls. It's not the San Diego zoo, but it's close and really easy. My kids love the animals and we go at least once a month. It combines well with a hike in the Blue Hills Reservation.

The trails never fail to impress and I still have and use the map from the visitors center, best few bucks I've ever spent. This is maybe my... second or third time at the trails and its always a sight to behold. Since the area is vast, you can always see different parts of the land over time and really get a good view. The trails are marked ever so clearly and if you go up high enough, you'll see the city or at least the beautiful forester horizon.

Great place to go with kids or anyone that loves nature and wildlife. Lots of different types of animals to see and learn about. Many hiking trails to venture. The museum has good regional native cultural artifacts and animal displays. Free parking. Inexpensive to get in, but free for Audubon Society members and their guests! Gift shop. Bonus is that $ spent at the Trailside helps wildlife and habitat conservation.

They take care of the animals very well and it’s a great spot to see some owls, otter, deer, fox, and many more! Great place to bring kids and hike nearby too.
