On our way home to north Alabama last week, we were almost to the interstate when our pickup truck’s water pump failed.  While waiting on roadside assistance, we called Massey Chrysler Dodge at 3:30pm on Friday.  I spoke with Amber.  After checking, she said they could work on the truck & we would be allowed to leave our travel trailer locked up overnight.  They even stayed late to wait for us to arrive with the tow truck.  The pickup was repaired on Saturday.The staff assisted us in getting the trailer hooked up & had said they would assist us in getting from the hotel to the dealership, if needed.  (The hotel staff enabled us to get to the dealership.) Everyone was very courteous & professional.  We particularly appreciated their help in getting us (& our dog) back on the road as quickly as possible.

I got my oil changed and everyone was courteous , respectful, and pleasant. Am very satisfied.

I purchased 2 trucks in the past 4 years from Massey. The latest is a Ram 2017 . Truck has crooked rail system. The bed is crooked so that the tool box will not slide from front to back. They said that all they would do is to buy back the tool box. That won't fix the crooked rails and bed. I talked to a lawyer about it. Nothing we can do because I signed a arbitration agreement when I bought it. Very unhappy to say it nice. Reed about arbitration agreements before you sign. I will never buy from Massey again.Sales person was good. Service after the sale , bad.

Great vehicles at a good price, with a awesome selection. The salesman are also very good and will do anything they can to put you in a vehicle. Buyer beware though, once you sign that paper, you are completely forgotten about...
