Dewey and his service department are the worst I have ever seen. Took my truck in for servicing around 1pm and told them it had ran hot the night before and needed some coolant. They put no coolant in it...just hooked it up to the computer and cut my service engine light off and charged me 90 bucks. Never called me during any of the process. I called at 4:30 and they said they were all most done and to come pick it up that they would be there even though they close at 5. Got there maybe a couple minutes after 5 and they had closed and gone for the day. Used my spare and took my truck. Day after next ran hot again and had to leave it on the side of the rode. They towed it for me the next day and said they would check it. I called everyday for the next 4 days to see if they had worked on it and was told each time they would call me when they did that afternoon...was never called. I ended up getting the truck and my father in law fixed it. Hole in my radiator. Will never do business with these people again. Been a ford owner for 11 years now and have never experienced anything like this.

It's and exciting place to visit the employees are very friendly and helpful they have the best pricing on there parts , tires..etc and great deals on there vehicle inventory...

I would NEVER recommend anyone to do service here! They did warranty work on my vehicle and decided NOT to report it to Ford. Apparently they didnt do that well of work, due to the fact it has only been one year since they did work on my AC system and it has already went out again!

I recently received a parts order from you and just wanted to tell you how grateful I am of your parts department person that I dealt with. 

I was informed by another company that they tracked down an obsolete part from Ford that your company had in-stock and it was probably the last one around in the states.  I was able to call first thing on a Monday morning and talk with Caan.  He verified that you had the part and went and put his hands on it before I was off the phone just to make sure it was correct.  He gave me a price and an estimate on shipping and I proceeded to fax over all the appropriate info needed  to complete the transaction.  I called back about 45 minutes later to confirm he received the fax and he had already had the item in a box with the shipping label attached ready for pick up.

Throughout this process of working on my vehicle I have discovered that many parts are obsolete, have received poor customer service and many wrong parts from other companies.  It was very refreshing to talk with someone from your company who was knowledgeable, honest and performed a high level of customer service for me so I just wanted to say thank you for that.

We were pleased with the care and time that Mr Sales spent with us in making our purchase. We are enjoying our new F-150. Thanks for all the help. I would recommend Sales Ford to all my friends.
