I've been in twice to "the muff" on 68th s state and have always been pleased with my experience here. Prices always seem competitive if not cheaper than others when I call around for estimates at other shops.

I had a full suite of problems going on with the fuel and exhaust systems of my car (independently diagnosed with fuel codes and speaking with other professionals) and they laid out everything clearly and spent time answering my at times inane questions. Long story short, they were generous with their time, totally transparent, and not at all pushy with their services. Even when I decided to try doing only a few fixes at first. Going so far as letting me make a few calls and get back to them, most likely while the car was up on a lift, taking up shop time. To top it off, they showed me all the broken parts they could after the service was complete. 

Having worked at car dealerships myself, I am always wary of ghost and mirrors and any pushiness, but Vic and the team were great. They went above and beyond to be transparent and do only the work that I felt good about.

These guys are amazing to work with. Stood by their work, didn't give up on the issue with our car...they easily could have. Highly rated service in my book!

I called because my car was making a weird noise, and instead of giving me a run around they gave me a quote over the phone for best and worst case scenario. Then when I got there, they told me it was the best case scenario and way cheaper! Great service!

They got my car right in, without an appointment. Their customer service was great and the price was by far better then any where else. Very pleased

Great experience at Master Muffler in Murray today! Had a new exhaust system installed for a very reasonable price. Customer service was amazing and Mechanics seemed very knowledgeable. They got me in right away. Very clean shop! Would recommend!
