I go here for my oil changes. They are the best priced and always give me their online coupon discounts. The crew is super awesome and helpful. I'd recommend this place!

Price was decent. Reminiscent of my younger days when an oil change only cost $20 or less. But, I suppose you get what you pay for. I had a scheduled appointment for 5pm. Show up at 4:58, no one at the desk and no one comes to talk to me until 5:15. Ok fine. There are worse things. Tech says it will take a half hour. An hour later, my car is ready. They did nothing except literally change the oil. I could have paid $10 more and gone to Burt Bros on my way home (This place was close to work), and had my oil changed, my car vacuumed, my windows washed, my tires checked, and everything else checked and either topped off or lubricated. This place literally just change the oil. I wasn't impressed. But, I guess if you want to save 10 bucks, they seem to change the oil okay. 😉

These guys were great. I went in expecting an axle replacement and the found only a bad wheel bearing. A great group of guys and a top notch mechanic.

I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences here. I’ve been completely ripped off and lied to every single time. I have gone in 3 separate times for new tires because mine were being worn so fast. I kept paying for alignment tests to be done, for them to tell me everything was fine with it, and the problem with the tires being worn down to nothing after less than 7 months was because I was a bad driver. They never gave me a sheet to show they did an alignment, and I was still charged for it. I finally went to Larry H Miller to figure out why I was going through tires in after a few months. They figured it out in a matter of minutes. I then was informed that pep boys had never done any alignment and they missed critical information on why I was having tire problems. I wasted so much money coming here, was completely ripped off, and ultimately blamed for the problems with my car, that they were either too lazy to fix, or aren’t quailified enough. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would.

Today is the 4th time in the last half-year that Pep Boys had a part I needed that AutoZone did not. Furthermore, each time I've gone to both places the level of service I get from this Pep Boys is beyond expectation. They actually try to find a solution to my problem. They don't stop when the part is not in their computer, they look for parts that might have the piece I need included, they check the hardware section to see if they have a generic bolt that would fit the one that fell out. I walked out today with a solution, and options for an alternative should this one not work. I may have to drive past 3 other auto parts stores to get here, but after today (and the past couple months) I'll be going here first. THANKS for help guys(and gal)!
