I have had nothing but good experiences with Steve's Automotive. One of the things that I absolutely love is if they run a do a diagnostic on your car they will document everything for you that they looked at, and will send it to you in a text message for you to look at before they call you so you can look at what they are going to talk to you about. Not just  that, but it includes pictures and statuses so you can see exactly what they are talking about for everything. And then, they call. They talk to you about what is important and needs fixing now, and why, and then they help you triage the rest of your car so you know exactly what you need now and what can wait. I never felt pressured to get something fixed, I never felt like they were even going to force me to get work done right then. They are all friendly, and they've become one of the few mechanics that I feel like I can absolutely trust. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Had such a great experience with everyone here!  I had a lot of problems going on with my car and they took the time to explain every one of them to me so that I understood.  They also offer a few different options so you can pick the best for you and your budget.  

Overall, very personable, knowledgeable, and they have a useful shuttle service in case you don't have a ride.  I'll be coming here again!

Steve's Automotive was the best. I took my car in with a complaint and by noon they had looked at my car and sent me a report on my phone with what they found along with a text that said to review the report and that they would call me in about 20 minutes. I was able to look over the detailed report and think about what options I wanted to do before they called rather than decide on the spot. That right there was the best exchange I have ever had with a car repair service! Ron from Steve's Automotive was very professional and took me through all the repairs and costs.  He fixed my car quickly and everything is working great. Thank You!

I feel like this is one of those rare mechanic shops that looks at every inch of your vehicle and doesn’t talk you into fixing or replacing everything. And it’s free to look at it all. They run great specials. Not the fastest place but I would take authenticity over speed.

I love this place. They did all they could to save me as much money as possible by saving and reusing my transmission fluid. The price ended up being a little lower than initially thought. 
I feel like these guys are honest and they definitely do quality work. I'd recommend them to anyone!
