The whole process from start to finish was awesome with Viking. They quoted everything our before doing work. If there were any changes they were honest and upfront. They checked in after the work was done. I would highly recommend Viking, the work they did and quality service we received.

These guys are solid in the areas of customer service and workmanship. I have an old 99 Dodge Durango I keep running and when I talked through the issues they came through with the extra effort to help me find some discontinued parts, help me with a minor body shop issue, and repair everything that needed to be done. As always these days everyone wants to compare prices on yelp, but the workmanship is not something you can compare. I found their price right inline with the work that needed to be done, in regards to parts and labor. Thank you guys for all the help and service. When I need you again I will be back.

We switched over to Viking after our previous car mechanic screwed us over costing us thousands. Viking is the nicest and most genuine people I have worked with. Patrick and Clayton are amazing and are always willing to give their opinions when you are trying to fix or buy a car. I trust them.

Update: Recommended them to family and they were awesome to my sister, treated her well, and helped her out with a stressful situation with her car.

I went in to get my intermittent wiper fixed and it turned into a nightmare. I tried to give Viking a chance, but after multiple bad experiences I just can't say anything good about them. Patrick was a nice enough guy, but the quality of his technicians was lacking. They ended up raising my vehicle too high on the lift and causing damage to the roof rack (minor damage). Patrick gave me a free oil change because of it though which was nice. But the tech forgot to check to see if his repair of the wiper switch worked, and when I got in the car it wasn't fixed. I ended up spending another $400 to get another part fixed and lost another day's work due to the tech not checking and doing his job. Overall I was very disappointed in them. They were referred by family who loved their work, but my experience has been terrible. I lost 3 days of work for a problem that should have been fixed in 1 day. They made many mistakes that basic quality control processes should have caught. Overall I would not recommend. I think Viking use to be a higher quality shop than it is now.
