At the end of February 2018 I was in a car accident. Unique Auto Body & Design was the auto repair shop that was chosen to complete the repairs on my car provided to me by my insurance.  In person everyone was really helpful and kind. I was originally really impressed because they gave me a time frame of 7 days that my car would be ready but before they could keep my car there was a waiting period of 5 days so that the parts they ordered had time to get there. At the end of the 7 days after they had my car I called them to get an update and they said that they had to order parts(which should have been ordered already)they told me it would be an additional 5 days. After the additional 5 days passed(of me not having a car for over a week and a half) my spouse and I went to go look at the car. Turns out Ben ordered a cheaper universal push bar that did not fit correctly so they had to order another one(another 5 day waiting period plus I had to bring my car back in a week later to get the new parts placed). They also used the old bent brackets for the push bar making the push bar an inch lower on one side, the O ring in the headlight bulb was dangling off the bulb(which now 2 weeks later the head light has burnt out, which any mechanic should know you can't touch the glass or it results in failure) then after taking it back again the bumper cover color was completely off so we took back the car again for the 3rd time with another week waiting period. Today when I got home my light bar was hanging off the front bumper because they didn't use a lock washer or lock nut. Because of this we took the light bar off and in doing that we found that the wiring connections were not terminated properly(within 6 months the light bar would not have worked at all due to the damaged caused by the improper wiring connections). The people at Unique Auto Body & Design Midvale could have avoided this whole mess if they'd not tried to cheap out on parts and were not lazy in the first place. Unique was full of surprises.  But the kind of surprises you want. They are really fast! They do a great job and communicate clearly. We even ran into a couple snags but they handled it so well and really took care of me. And surprise, they cleaned my car too! Bonus surprise.  Great service, great work, great price.

You won't find a more consistently honest, reliable, and affordable auto body shop around. I shopped them out for my first 5 repairs until I realized they really are the best around. And they have great customer service as well. You won't go wrong by choosing these guys.

I was really frustrated with the professionalism of Unique. I work full time and am a new business owner so I literally do not have any extra time in my day.  I had to take my car back 3 times simply because they tried to use cheap parts that were not for my car and they didn't want to take the time to make sure everything was done correctly the first time.

Car looked fantastic! Unexpectedly quick, the customer service with every person I talked to were incredibly kind. They really went the extra mile and it was for a great price, which you can’t beat. I will reccomend to everyone I know needing service!
