They were fast, helpful, accurate and efficient. The visa came back in 7 days (incl. weekend days) which i was really happy with. They were good with questions over the phone. All docs you need to fill out are online. Plus I forgot one document and I was able to email it to them and they printed it out while I was sitting there. Definitely worth the trip to Chamblee :)

Excellent service. They are knowledgeable about the China Visa application process, and let me know exactly what I was missing in my applications. There service was also very fast. One week after I dropped of my last paperwork, I got a call from them it was ready to pick up. It really helped easy my stress of getting visa for my family quick.

Very friendly, very helpful staff. One of the members knew it was our first time traveling to China, so he gave us plenty of travel tips and advice. I was afraid our application process would take a long time, but we were finished in less than 1 hour! Make sure to come prepared with all necessary documents, no exceptions. They have a camera to take your visa photo, but it helps to bring your own (2x2 headshot, white backdrop, no smiling). You will definitely need proof of BOTH airfare and hotel reservations! Print out both pieces of information for them to use. My best advice? Show up to the embassy with a smile and you will be greeted with one!

We received excellent service from David at the Atlanta China Visa office. He is friendly and informative, and he made sure our paperwork was accurate for prompt processing. Now, we are looking forward to our first trip to China. Thanks for the professional and worry-free experience with securing our visas!

Simple process and quick turnaround. It is up to you as the customer to ask and determine what you want and the staff will help you. Dont just assume you are going to get something, ask and confirm. I highly recommend.
