High quality, excellent customer service, and very fair prices. Patrick and Sharon helped us with a custom engagement ring and then again for our matching wedding bands - couldn't be happier with both experiences. The delicious raspberry jam we received as a gift was a nice bonus too. Highly recommend!

Not pleased at all from this store. Rude employes and rude manager.  They over charged me and made it seem like I made the over charging a big deal. UM hello, it IS a BIG deal to over charge your customer. I got no apology nor eye contact. Expected more from this place. I love Pandora but will NEVER shop at Mati Jewelers again.

To whom it may concern:

 Wow I was so excited to see a store located close to me that sells Pandora jewelry Mati/Kabana in Old Town. I wanted to buy my sister-in-law a Pandora Bracelet for her 60th Birthday. The Sales person (Regan) was great. She asked me what I was looking for and started showing me bracelets. Then the Manager chimed in and said we have gift sets, Regan showed me one and said this is $140 with a free charm, the manager again chimed in and said that was a May special no longer available. I said to the Regan that’s ok and asked if I could get the clips from the other set which she said yes. I picked a Charm and then purchased my merchandise. Regan gift wrapped it and I went on my way. As I got home I decided to go online and check on the prices because it seemed kind of high. Sure enough they charged me $16.05 more, sure that may not seem like a lot of money, but still I was over charged. I called the Store next day and advised I was over charged yesterday, they said to bring the in items so they can credit and give me a new receipt and that I could pick a charm. I asked what time they closed they said 1730. I decided to go home for my lunch hour and get this done since the party is Saturday and it’s Friday. As I walked into the Store, the sale person Regen said ooh we only charged you $16.05 over. Wow really they are going to say that to a Customer! Not pleased with that comment, it was rude. I felt like they couldn’t get me out of there fast enough, they asked me to pick another charm and that I had a $16.05 credit so that tells me they weren’t giving me a charm I had to pull out more money and I spent $187.20 yesterday. I incorrectly assumed that they would make it right and give me the charm that was included with the gift set (that expired in may) but they did not, even though ( Regan) quoted me wrong the first time around. Just to make things right , but no!!! POOR Customer Service……….
 I felt so uncomfortable on how I was treated that I said give me the store credit and that I would never shop here again, not only I but all my friends and family, and believe me, I work for a large company and have a lot of family that have purchased (Pandora Jewelry). I will make absolutely certain to advise them of the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I GOT FROM YOUR COMPANY (MATI/KABANA). All I can say: the Manager (Linsay M) was rude and not friendly in anyway. I believe she is also the one that worked yesterday but not positive. No eye contact or an apology maybe she is new or inexperience on how deal and treat Customers
