Love this location! Josh was so helpful and really knowledgeable about the mattresses and the current offerings and brands. They have a lego table for the kids and are not pushy. So glad I came here instead of buying an online mattress without trying it first.

We were considering an online mattess in a box and were hesitant because there’s no way to try them out. They all say there the best and they all come with free delivery and a trial period. Mattress firm has all that and you can try out many different mattresses all at once. The sales staff at the West carmel location on Michigan road was very helpful in explaining industry standard materials used in modern foam and gel mattresses. We are confident this is the best choice for mattress shopping and are very happy with our purchase.

Josh was great helping us find an affordable and comfortable set of twin mattresses for our toddlers. He was very friendly and explained all our options with our purchase. I would defintely recommend coming in to see Josh if you are in the market for a new mattress!

Very easy. We needed a box spring immediately and we were able to call and go pick it up right away! Very happy with the service.
