We just purchased a mattress from this location and Edgar was extremely helpful! Very knowledgeable and great with our kids (who were tearing up the place). He also broke down the cost/benefits of different options and threw in several free items for free. Can't recommend Edgar and this location enough.

I just purchased several twin and full mattresses for my kids' bunk beds and it was so nice to walk in and have someone help me with what I asked for rather than try and sell me something I did not need.  Other stores wanted me to buy higher end mattresses for my very young kids and this store understood that my kids need a $200 pillowtop mattress and not a $600 Sealy Posturpedic.  I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes and the mattresses arrive the next day!

We purchased our first Tempur-pedic mattress this weekend from the Mattress Firm in Lake Zurich IL. The customer service was great, very friendly salesman who was very patient and knowledgeable about addressing our needs. So excited for our new mattress to arrive. A+
