After visiting my local Best Buy in Kildeer....they were AWFUL! and nobody helped us nor cared to sell us a new gas oven and freezer at Best Buy

...So we went to Grand Appliance at 475 South Rand Road in Lake Zurich Illinois.  We met with Deen Breen who was friendly, smart & knowledgeable about everything Grand sold..... We needed a new gas oven, Deen helped me find the right one...and my wife wanted a new upright freezer....Grande had great prices & offered fast delivery & Grand got all our questions answered and 3 days later had the best delivery guys ever.. they were friendly and did everything to ensure our new appliances worked & were running & answered all of our delivery questions..... We will ONLY now shop at Grand Appliance Lake Zurich where the staff is friendly & awesome and Grand carries some great appliances & tvs and more in all prices from budget to luxe. Thanks Grand Appliance. No more wasted trips to Best Buy anymore. Thanks SE from Barrington, Illinois

I called for some help tracking down a part for my oven, and they went above and beyond to help. Peter was fantastic, great turnaround, and excellent customer service.

wife and I had both oven and clothes washer go out so we went right over to GRAND APPLIANCE AND TV in Lake Zurich and the guys there were great including Dick who helped us. they even gave us a great deal and delivered both appliances in 2 days as promised. even the delivery guys showed when they said and were in and out in half hour with everything hooked up. we're definitely buying all our future appliances here. just maybe one at a time next time.

I am one who does serious research before I buy. I don't want to be taken for a ride, as they say. Then I walked into Grand Appliance and met Mike. 10 minutes of conversation and he understood my wants vs needs and switched my purchase choice. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. All my research was erased because of 10 minutes with an expert. My wife loves it, best of all, I spent $600 less than my planned budget. Thank you Grand Appliance for restoring my faith in customer service. Thank you Mike.
