As I entered the Clinton store I was happily greeted by Antonio Jenkins. I shared my concerns regarding a couple of mattress sets that I recently ordered, which were actually out of stock due to a highly demanding special sale during the holidays.

I mentioned that I needed these items within a week and explain that I purchased a king size bed frame set and received the delivery yesterday (I took photos with measurements to show when I arrived in the store). In addition, I expressed the comfort level for those who would sleep on them.

Well, Antonio recommended two comparable mattress’s as a replacement for the items that were out of stock. I narrowed the selection down that best fix the quality and price value of the products we didn’t receive.

In conclusion, Antonio, with the assistance of the manager, Angela Robinson, were able to contact the financial processing office, rework my previous financial transaction and accommodate my request to deliver these items within 4 days. They ensured me that the entire order would be delivered two days before my wife and I welcomed guest to our home.

On behalf of my wife, we want to thank Antonio and Angela for making our upcoming guest experience worthwhile!

We came in unexpectedly on a Sunday afternoon and left having bought a king sized mattress we were very happy with. Mr Washington was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the mattress brands and listened to our needs. He was well able to advise us about our choices and made sure we had everything we needed delivered within a week! We would highly recommend this store as we had a great experience.

I walked in the door and was greeted by Angela!! She was cordial, informative and most of all, educated on the science of sleep and mattresses!! I had just had a horrible experience with a mattress I purchased in November and Angela was patient and helpful in finding me the right mattress without pushing me to buy the most expensive mattress they had!!! If you go to the Clinton, MD store, ask for Angela. She's knowledgeable and professional!!!!!

I walked into the Clinton location on Saturday & left there very satisfied. Angela Robinson is an excellent sales person. She was very knowledgeable about her job & very detailed about the products. She answered all my questions & made my purchase a smooth transaction. I purchased on Saturday & my set is being delivered on Monday, I'm so excited & can't wait to get a good nite sleep. I would totally recommend that if you are unsure or have questions about purchasing a mattress set, please visit the Clinton store & ask for Angela, you will definitely leave there pleased.

The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. We were not pressured and we bought a bed and motorized frame. I will let people know what  a pleasure it was to do business with  this store.
