I came in after having the same mattress for about 11 years and was nervous about buying a new mattress, but Melanie made the process really easy. She showed me a few different beds and explained the differences between them. She told me about the financing options, the comfort guarantee, and warranties. Very welcoming and helpful!

Justin was fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable overall. Patient while we found the best mattress for our family and worked with his manager to get us a fantastic deal. Couldn't have asked for better customer service.

Melanie went above and beyond for me and my daughter! She was able to find us our perfect beds and helped us stay within our budget. She was knowledgeable about all of the different mattresses and I have never slept better! The prices are better here than anywhere else I've seen- which is why my family buys all of their beds at Mattress Firm in Edina.

The sales associate, Justin, was extremely knowledgable about the kind of mattress I was interested in. He was also very patient as I tried different mattresses at different firmness levels and even accommodated my request to try a certain mattress on the adjustable base. I've been looking for a mattress for a few months and after talking to him today, I went ahead and bought one from him. Thank you, Justin!

My experience at Mattress Firm Edina was amazing! The service was exceptional, Melanie was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this store, for its great deals and even better service.
