I went into Ashley’s about a month ago and was looking for a sectional for a new home. I brought with me the color of the paint my family and I were going to paint the walls. I was immediately greeted by a gentlemen named Eric. I showed him the wall color and explained the atmosphere I wanted for our living room. He immediately showed me a beautiful sectional that we both believed would fit the color scheme. He also assisted me in picking out the ottoman and throw pillows. I was extremely pleased with the customer service he provided and with Ashley’s as a whole! Eric also gave me a good deal on my furniture warranty! I recommend this furniture company to anyone in need of good quality furniture and polite service. Also their sales are wonderful!

My boyfriend and I spent 2 hours in this store trying to find the perfect couch and of course we found one that wasn't in stock and it was gonna take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. Abdul S. was very patient with us goin back and forth from couch to couch. He was suggesting couches to us that were similar to the one we initially wanted. He was very helpful and understanding in what kind of sofa we wanted in our home. We had a great experience with Abdul and hope to see him soon!

This past Saturday 18th my wife and I went into the store looking for furniture. We had already been to several stores. We were greeted at the door by Jonathan Ramirez-Cortes(sales). He was very pleasant and easy going. Was not pushing in attempting to make a sale. Very knowledgeable about the furniture we were looking at. I would recommend this sales person anytime. A very good experience and yes we did purchase what we were looking for. Great Job Jonathan !!!!!

The sales manager Gary was great to work with. He helped us with a new dresser and new sectional couch this evening. Gary was professional, knowledgeable and willing to help us out. Ollie, the floor sales rep was also incredibly helpful in the process. She made the decision making process fun and enjoyable. We will certainly be back.

As soon as we walked into Ashley, Abdul made us feel right at home. We can't wait until we receive our new furniture this coming weekend. He's very professional and is willing to help as best he can with prices!!
