Customer Service At Its Best, this is what me and my family experienced while shopping at the Columbia Md store. Our sales rep was JScott. Mr.Scott is not only professional in speech and attire but knowledgeable in all Bob's has to offer. We were pleased with our purchase and appreciated his soft opening when approached. I do not like to be charged at when entering a store. He was very informative and gave us the room we needed to finalize our decision. We thank you for all your wonderful assistance and as promised, you will see us again!

I visited last night, about an hour before the store closed. Gabby greeted me and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She gave me her undivided attention and made my experience stress free. I gave her my budget and she stayed within that realm. She took her time in answering my questions and kept a pleasant demeanor while helping me to move furniture pieces around to coordinate with other accent items in the store. Her customer care was exceptional and she exhibited integrity in her recommendations, that’s important to me when making a large purchase. Gabby is going to be my saleswoman for future purchases!

Bob's is surprisingly deceptive from the outside. I passed by this place for months but decided to finally walk in because I needed some new furniture for work. I was greeted right away, informed of how to find the pricing, and was given space to walk around the store. I was also told that I was welcome to head to the cafe at the back of the store for free cookies, candy, ice cream, coffee and water, which was nice since I had my 4 year old with me and could give her a little treat and break from the shopping. She was very content eating her ice cream as she watched the children's movie playing on the flat screen. The store is very clean and organized down to the restrooms. The staff were professional and I'm expecting delivery of my furniture this week. I was surprised that I could choose to have my items delivered as early as 3 days from the date I purchased it! I'm hoping the delivery experience will be as good as the shopping experience today.

My family and I had an AWESOME experience here! Lisa was our sales associate and she assisted us with all of our needs and more. Super friendly and very personable! We laughed and had a good time all the while picking out the perfect furniture for us. Definitely recommend coming to Bob's and asking for Lisa! They have great furniture at affordable and competitive prices. We bought a sectional, arm chair and a rug from here. We will be coming back for more!

Clean store very professional staff, salesman was knowledgeable but not intrusive. Sale was easy and delivery was surprising fast. Delivery system extremely tracked drivers even showed up a few minute early. Drivers were very polite and clean appearance explained eceything and made sure we were satisfied with the placement of the furniture and knowledge of the power motion operation. Would highly recommend this retailer
